The AHTD Women in Automation Steering Committee invites you to join the WIA Mentorship Initiative, designed by members, for members, to foster connection, growth, and empowerment among women across the industrial automation industry. Rooted in community and collaboration, this initiative was created to support women at every stage of the career journey, helping us grow, lead, and thrive in the automation industry. Through intentional mentorship, participants can gain valuable insights, expand professional networks, and strengthen confidence while navigating a career journey. Pairing emerging professionals with experienced leaders creates meaningful opportunities for guidance, skill-building, and shared learning.
